President Droupadi Murmu presented the prestigious Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Awards to 27 people, including Trinidad and Tobago President Christine Carla Kangaloo, at the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention (10 January 2025).
The award is given to overseas Indians for their outstanding contribution in various fields; The 2025 winners include prominent names who have contributed in the fields of community service, education, science and technology, medical sciences, and business.
