The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind has inaugurated Sant Kabir Academy and Research Centre and Swadesh Darshan Yojana at Kabir Chaura Dham, Maghar, (Uttar Pradesh).
Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the Sant Kabir Academy and Research Centre four years ago.
Sant Kabir was born in a poor and deprived family and was deprived of bookish knowledge, yet he gained empirical knowledge through the association of saints.
