President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the 8th India Water Week at India Mandapam in New Delhi on 17 September 2024, which will be held from 17 to 20 September 2024.
The theme of the 8th India Water Week- 2024 is 'Partnership and Cooperation for Inclusive Water Development and Management'.
Its main objective is to decide the way to conserve, protect, and use the available water. The event also includes cultural programmes and study tours.
