Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Saudi Arabia on April 22-23 to strengthen strategic ties with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Trade between the two nations reached $43 billion in 2023–24, with Indian exports valued at $12 billion and imports at $31 billion.
Saudi Arabia is home to 2.6 million Indian workers, whose remittances accounted for nearly 7% of India’s total inflows in 2024, according to the Reserve Bank of India.
