Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his reverence for the tenth Sikh guru, Guru Gobind Singh, on the occasion of his Parkash Purb, paying heartfelt homage to the spiritual leader.
The 10th Sikh Guru - Guru Gobind Singh Ji was born on December 22, 1666, in Patna Sahib, Bihar.
Before his passing in 1708, he declared the Guru Granth Sahib, the sacred Sikh scripture.
