Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated the 13 km long additional section of the Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor between Sahibabad and New Ashok Nagar on 5 January 2025. After this, the PM scanned the QR code and also traveled with the train ticket.
With this inauguration, the operational section of the NaMo Bharat Corridor will expand to 55 km with a total of 11 stations.
