Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 38th Summer National Games in Dehradun, Uttarakhand on 28 January 2025, which will be held in 12 cities of the state from 28 January to 14 February 2025.
The 38th National Games, held under the theme 'Green Sports', are promoting eco-friendly practices such as recyclable materials, rainwater harvesting and green transport systems.
