  • Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) delivered a record interim dividend of Rs. 2,033 crores to the Government of India for the fiscal year 2023-24.
  • The total dividends paid by PFC for FY 2023-24 reached Rs. 3,630 crores, representing the highest-ever interim dividend by the corporation at 110% or Rs. 11 per share.
  • PFC distributed the interim dividend in three installments: the first interim dividend amounted to Rs. 832 crores, the second interim dividend was Rs. 647 crores, and the third interim dividend, the latest installment, totaled Rs. 554 crores.
