Arun Kumar Bansal has been appointed as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Paytm Payments Bank Limited (PPBL).
He succeeds Surinder Chawla, who resigned from the position in April 2024 due to personal reasons. Chawla's departure from PPBL was effective from 26th June 2024.
Arun Kumar Bansal brings his experience as the former Executive Director of IDBI Bank Limited to his new role at PPBL, aiming to steer the bank's operations and strategic initiatives forward.
