The Delhi government's free bus travel scheme will only be available to women who reside in the national capital.
The transport department is set to begin issuing 'smart cards' to provide free bus travel for women in Delhi, which will be valid for 'lifetime'.
The 'AAP' introduced the pink ticket scheme on the occasion of Bhai Dooj in 2019, under which women are provided free travel in Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses.
