The Government of Odisha's Electronics and IT Department and Singapore's Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) signed an MoU to establish a Global Competency Centre in Bhubaneswar, focusing on FinTech collaboration, InsureTech, and sustainability.
The MoU was signed during Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam's official visit to Odisha, as part of celebrations marking the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Singapore in 2025.
