The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world’s largest technical professional organization with over 500,000 members globally, has named Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, as the recipient of the 2026 IEEE Medal of Honor.
The award, IEEE’s highest recognition, carries a $2 million prize and honours Huang for a lifetime of visionary leadership and pioneering contributions to accelerated computing, which have propelled NVIDIA to the forefront of global technological innovation.
