Noted art director Sunil Babu died at a private hospital due to a cardiac arrest.
He was 50. Babu had worked for many hit movies in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu industries.
Babu was also the art director in Bollywood movies and is also associated with the upcoming Tamil movie Varisu starring Vijay.
He also won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Art Director for the drama film ‘Ananthabhadram’.
As a production designer, Sunil Babu is well known for the Dulquer Salmaan starrer ‘Sita Ramam’, ‘Operation Romeo’, ‘Bheeshma Parvam’, ‘Maharshi’, and ‘Kayamkulam Kochunni’.
