  • Nitish Kumar takes oath as Bihar CM for the second time. Along with him, Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha have also become Deputy Chief Ministers.
  • Nitish Kumar takes oath as Bihar Chief Minister for the ninth time. Governor Rajendra Arlekar administered him the oath of office and secrecy at a ceremony held at Raj Bhawan in Patna. Along with him, two deputy CMs of BJP have also taken oath. This includes Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha. 
  • Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar administered the oath of office to Nitish Kumar. After this, Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha took oath of office and secrecy. Both got the post of Deputy CM in the Nitish-led NDA government.
