Nitin Gadkari announced plans to set up driver training institutes across India, which will also be given incentives.
It provides incentives for setting up driver training institutes and additional incentives for integrated infrastructure of ATS (automated training stations) and DTIs.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Saturday announced a cashless treatment scheme for road accident victims under which the scheme will cover up to Rs 1.5 lakh per accident.
Road accident victims will get the right to 'cashless' treatment for seven days, and this scheme will be applicable to all road accidents.
