  • NITI Aayog launched the Sampoornata Abhiyan to achieve saturation in 12 key social sector indicators across 500 aspirational blocks and 112 aspirational districts, focusing on themes such as health, nutrition, agriculture, social development, and education.
  • Running until September, the campaign includes awareness activities like Gram Sabhas, Nukkad Natak, Paushtik Aahar Mela, health camps, exhibitions, and competitions in all aspirational blocks and districts, involving district and block officials, elected representatives, and community members.
  • The launch events saw the active involvement of officials, frontline workers, and local representatives from regions spanning Jammu and Kashmir to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, with significant participation in health and nutrition-focused activities in districts like Ratlam, Singrauli, Udham Singh Nagar, Nuh, and Annamayya.
