  • The well-known and talented Olympic gold medalist, Neeraj Chopra, has been named brand ambassador by Switzerland Tourism.
  • In this development, the athlete will promote the sporty, stunning and adventurous outdoors of Switzerland to Indian travellers.  
  • After clinching the prestigious Diamond League trophy in Zurich earlier this year, Chopra along with his friends, who joined him in Switzerland went on a holiday.
  • Earlier this year in September, the Indian sports icon also donated his gold-winning javelin to the museum in Lausanne, Switzerland. 
  • The museum was established in 1993 by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and it already consists of Mary Kom‘s gloves and Dhyan Chand’s hockey.
