Mauritius has become the first African country and the fourth globally (after Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Cuba) to sign a Country Partnership Framework (CPF) with the International Solar Alliance (ISA).
The CPF aims to enhance collaboration on solar energy initiatives, focusing on technologies such as floating solar, rooftop solar, and solar-powered water pumping systems.
This partnership aligns with Mauritius’ national energy priorities and will lead to the development of a tailored Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) to accelerate the clean energy transition.
