  • Kotak Mahindra Bank has appointed former Bajaj Finance Managing Director Anup Kumar Saha as a whole-time director with immediate effect, subject to regulatory clearances.
  • He will be responsible for consumer banking, marketing, and data analytics, and will lead efforts in customer-focused transformation, digital innovation, and data-driven strategies.
  • With this appointment, Saha becomes the fourth whole-time director on the bank’s board, joining MD & CEO Ashok Vaswani and executive directors Jaideep Hansraj and Paritosh Kashyap.
