The Kerala High Court has been designated as the country's first paperless court.
This means that lawsuits will henceforth be filed electronically in the High Court.
On January 1, the Kerala High Court's e-filing, paperless court, and e-office projects were officially launched.
This initiative is a significant step toward justice decentralisation.
