  • The Kerala government has launched a massive 'No to Drugs' campaign.
  • The campaign was supposed to start on 2nd October, which C.P.M. It was postponed due to the death of senior U.S. leader Kodiyeri Balakrishnan.
  • Chief Minister Urged people from all walks of life to join the drive. 
  • The first phase of the campaign will last till November 1, the state formation day. Human chains will be formed in schools on November 1 and intoxicants will be burned symbolically as part of the campaign.
  • The objective is to make Kerala a drug-free state.
