Justice Alok Aradhe was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court, while Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay was appointed as the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court.
Justice Upadhyay, who became the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court in July 2023, was transferred to the Delhi High Court following the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium and the approval of the President.
