  • The Central Government has awarded 31 persons with the Jeevan Raksha Medal Series of Awards 2023 on this year's Republic Day.
  • In this, three Universal Jeevan Raksha Medals, seven Uttam Jeevan Raksha Medals, and twenty twenty Jeevan Raksha Medals have been awarded.
  • Draupadi Murmu has approved 31 persons to honour the Jeevan Raksha Medal Series of Awards-2023.
  • Along with three last-minute winners, seven have been awarded the Uttam and the Ordinary Jeevan Raksha Medal.
  • Three deceased persons have been included in the total 31 persons of this honor.
  • Master Anthony Vanamaviya is also among the beneficiaries of this honour and three of them have been awarded the Universal Jeevan Raksha Medal.
