External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar was awarded the Shri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati National Award of Excellence for Public Leadership by the South Indian Education Society (SIES).
In his address, Jaishankar emphasized on India's independence and self-reliance, while recalling the teachings of the Maha Parivar, underlining the importance of global cooperation and universal brotherhood.
