The Indian Navy is building an underground submarine bunker.
The name of this underground submarine bunker is 'I.N.S. 'Varsha’.
This bunker is being constructed in Andhra Pradesh.
It will be operated by the Eastern Naval Command whose headquarters is in Visakhapatnam.
This bunker/base is being built in Rambili, Visakhapatnam.
India's nuclear submarines will be stationed here.
The special thing is that no one will be able to see the nuclear submarine kept at this base because it is being described as an underground base.
'I.N.S. 'Varsha' is being built under Project Varsha.
This will be Naval Alternative Operation Base (NAOB).
8 to 12 nuclear-powered ballistic submarines and assault submarines will be kept inside these tunnels.
The NAOB will have underwater tunnels, inside which submarines will be placed.
