  • India on Wednesday successfully test-fired the air-to-surface 'Rudram' missile from a Sukhoi-30 fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) from the Odisha coast.
  • The flight test of Rudram-II missile met all the test objectives. Rudram-II is an indigenously developed solid propellant air-launched missile system capable of destroying a wide variety of enemy targets.
