IndusInd International Holdings Ltd. (IIHL), the holding company of IndusInd Bank, has appointed Rajiv Anand as the new Managing Director and CEO. The change follows the resignation of former CEO Sumant Kathpalia and the Deputy CEO after accounting irregularities in the derivatives department were found, resulting in a ₹1,959.98 crore hit to net profit in the quarter ending March 31. IIHL Chairman Ashok Hinduja confirmed Anand’s appointment as part of leadership restructuring.
