The Department of Posts signed an agreement with Stock Holding Services Limited (SSL) on 27 January 2026 to extend regulated capital market services through India Post’s nationwide network. The partnership will enable citizens to access demat accounts, mutual funds, IPOs, and investor education programs via digital tools at select post offices. The initiative supports financial inclusion, investor awareness, and aligns with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
