  • IDBI Bank announced the reappointment of Samuel Joseph Jebaraj as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) on the Board of the Bank for a period of three years.
  • The re-appointment is with effect from September 20, 2022 as per approval of the RBI received in this regard.
  • Prior to joining IDBI Bank, the industry veteran served EXIM Bank from July 1998 up to September 2019 in various capacities.
  • Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is the promoter of the bank having management control, with 49.24 per cent stake.
