IDBI Bank announced the reappointment of Samuel Joseph Jebaraj as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) on the Board of the Bank for a period of three years.
The re-appointment is with effect from September 20, 2022 as per approval of the RBI received in this regard.
Prior to joining IDBI Bank, the industry veteran served EXIM Bank from July 1998 up to September 2019 in various capacities.
Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is the promoter of the bank having management control, with 49.24 per cent stake.
