Haryana secured the top position in Khelo India Para Games 2025 with 104 medals (34 gold, 39 silver, 31 bronze), claiming the winner’s trophy for the second consecutive time.
Tamil Nadu secured the second position with 74 medals (28 gold), while Uttar Pradesh finished third with 64 medals (23 gold).
