Tuhin Kant Pandey takes charge as Revenue Secretary Tuhin Kant Pandey, a 1987 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre, has been appointed Revenue Secretary in the Finance Ministry.
He has successfully held the additional portfolio of Secretary, DIPAM with effect from 24 October 2019 and Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises with effect from 1 August 2024.
