Recently the Bloomberg Billionaires Index released the list of the world's richest people.
According to this list, Elon Musk is the richest person in the world.
Elon Musk is the founder of SpaceX and CEO of Tesla.
His total wealth is 219 billion dollars.
In second place is Jeff Bezos with a net worth of $170 billion.
Bernard Arnold of France is the third richest person in the world with a net worth of $167 billion.
Mukesh Ambani is the richest Asian person.
His net worth is $97 billion.
He is the 12th richest person in the world.
India's Gautam Adani is at 14th place in this list.
Of the top 10 richest people in the world, 9 are from the United States.
