Elavenil Valarivan and Arjun Babuta clinched the 10m air rifle mixed team gold at the Asian Rifle/Pistol Championship at Dr. Karni Singh range, pushing India’s tally beyond 50 medals.
Gold medals also came from Himanshu Dhillon–Shambhavi Kshirsagar (junior) and Hrudya Shri Kondur–Anshul Batra (youth).
In the 25m standard pistol, Gurpreet Singh led an Indian sweep with gold, followed by Harsh Gupta (silver) and Amanpreet Singh (bronze).
By Day 5, India stood at 54 medals — 34 gold, 12 silver, 8 bronze, ahead of Uzbekistan and Indonesia.
