Union Minister Dr. Virendra Kumar inaugurated the National Institute of Mental Health Rehabilitation (NIMHR) in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, dedicated to advancing mental health rehabilitation for Divyangjan.
The institute, built at a cost of ₹127 crores, spans 25 acres and includes key facilities such as a Cross Disability Early Intervention Centre and Pradhan Mantri Divyasha Kendra for distributing aids.
Dr. Virendra Kumar emphasized the government’s dedication to empowering Divyangjan through initiatives like Divya Kala Melas and providing resources for showcasing their talents.
