· Ministry of Commerce and Industry to celebrate 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' from September 20 to 26.
· Several events will be organized across the country in this week to showcase India's growing economic power.
· Inspired by the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to convert every district into an export hub from the ramparts of Red Fort in his Independence Day address on August 15, 2019, under the direction of Union Minister of Commerce & Industry Shri Piyush Goyal in September 2020 the 'One District One Product' (ODOP) scheme was unveiled.
