Eight-year-old Divith Reddy Divith Reddy from Hyderabad won the gold medal in the 2024 Under-8 World Cadet Chess Championship by scoring 9 points, while Satwik Swain got silver and Jiming Guo got bronze.
Divith Reddy started the tournament with four consecutive victories, later finishing with five wins despite two defeats.
