Veteran corporate lawyer and founder of law firm Luthra & Luthra, Rajiv Luthra, died on 12 May after a brief illness.
He was 67.
Rajiv Luthra played an instrumental role in conceiving the amendments to the Copyright Act, 1957.
Luthra and Luthra - Law Offices, one of the largest law firms in the country, was founded in 1989-90.
