The name of the aircraft is Qimingxing-50, or “Morning Star.”
The maiden flight of Qimingxing-50 has been achieved, making it the first large-sized UAV powered only by solar energy.
It is superior at performing surveillance and reconnaissance tasks.
It is claimed to be capable of functioning uninterrupted for months.
