  • Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy inaugurated the 23rd edition of BioAsia 2026 at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC). The two-day summit, themed ‘TechBio Unleashed – AI, Automation, and Revolutionary Changes in Life Sciences,’ focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence and automation in drug discovery, biologics development, and healthcare delivery.
  • Delegates will discuss next-generation biologics, AI-driven research, digital laboratories, and the future of pharma and biotech industries. Global experts, including Prof. Bruce L. Levine from the University of Pennsylvania and Dr. Howard Y. Chang of Amgen, are attending, along with Telangana Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu.
  • The event aims to position Telangana as a world-class hub for biotech and pharmaceutical innovation by 2047. Hyderabad, already known as India’s “Genome Valley,” hosts major vaccine and bulk drug manufacturing clusters, strengthening the state’s research and innovation ecosystem.
