The Bihar government has expanded the Mukhyamantri Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana, offering ₹1,000 per month for up to two years to unemployed graduates aged 20–25 who are not pursuing further studies or employment. Launched in 2016, the scheme aims to support youth in skill development and competitive exam preparation. Applications can be made online through the official 7nishchay Yuva Mission portal.
