The world's largest theatre festival, Bharat Rang Mahotsav, reaches Rohtak (Haryana) at Dada Lakhmi Chand State University from Feb 9-12, organized by National School of Drama with international and Indian groups. Lineup includes "Umeed – Manushya Zinda Hai" (Delhi), "Sandal Baar" (Amritsar), "Umar Ka Parwana" (Bathinda), and "Colombo Hathe Thorana" (Sri Lanka). Part of a 25-day pan-India event across 41 cities with 277+ performances in 228 languages from 9 countries.
