  • The International Conference ANVESH-2026 (Advanced Next Generation Vision for Emerging & Sustainable Healthy Foods) concluded successfully, uniting government agencies, industry leaders, start-ups, scientists, and chefs to advance sustainable food systems.
  • The Valedictory Function was graced by Sh. Suresh Prabhu, Former Commerce Minister, who highlighted NIFTEM-Kundli’s 13-year journey in driving food processing innovation. Guests of Honour included Sh. Asit Gopal and Sh. Sanjay Singhania, emphasizing entrepreneurship, research, and transforming food value chains.
  • The conference featured 3 panel discussions, 113 oral presentations, 115 invited talks, and 226 posters with participation from 25 countries, covering themes like food innovation, nutraceuticals, sustainable processing, alternate proteins, digital transformation, and waste valorization. A roundtable of 40+ Vice Chancellors and Directors addressed academic reforms and industry–academia collaboration.
  • ANVESH-2026 also hosted 61 exhibitors and 22 live cookery shows, demonstrating innovative applications of plant-based and nutritionally enhanced foods. With 500+ registered participants and 2000+ visitors, the event fostered global partnerships, knowledge exchange, and India’s leadership in sustainable and next-generation healthy food innovations.
