The legendary actress, Anna May Wong, was the first Chinese American to star in a Hollywood movie,now, she is set to become the first Asian-American to be featured on the US currency.
This is going to be the fifth design of the coin that features women pioneers.
Wong was just 14 years old when she was cast as an extra in The Red Lantern, her first film.
Three years later, in 1922, she was given her first lead role in the film, ‘The Toll of the Sea’.
