केंद्रीय आवासन एवं शहरी कार्य मंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने 4 सितंबर 2025 को नई दिल्ली में “अंगीकार 2025” अभियान का शुभारंभ किया। यह राष्ट्रव्यापी अभियान 4 सितंबर से 31 अक्टूबर 2025 तक चलेगा और भारत के 5,000 से अधिक शहरी स्थानीय निकायों (ULBs) को कवर करेगा। अंगीकार 2025 का उद्देश्य प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी 2.0 के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाना, आवेदन सत्यापन और आवास निर्माण की गति तेज करना तथा निम्न आय आवास हेतु ऋण गारंटी कोष ट्रस्ट (CRGFTLIH) को प्रोत्साहित करना है। इसके अलावा, यह अभियान पीएम सूर्य घर: मुफ्त बिजली योजना जैसी अन्य कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के साथ अभिसरण कर लाभों की लास्ट-माइल डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करेगा, विशेष रूप से कमजोर वर्गों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए।
