·         अफगानिस्तान के नए ढांचे में, 60 वर्षीय मुल्ला हेबतुल्लाह अखुंदज़ादा, तालिबान सरकार का सर्वोच्च नेता होगा जो ईरानी नेतृत्व पैटर्न का पालन करेगा।

·         हफ्तों की अटकलों के बाद, तालिबान ने अब घोषणा की है कि मुल्ला हेबतुल्लाह अखुंदजादा अफगानिस्तान के अपने नए इस्लामी अमीरात का सर्वोच्च नेता होगा।

·         काबुल में तालिबान सरकार ईरानी नेतृत्व की तर्ज पर होगी, जिसमें शीर्ष धार्मिक नेता अखुंदजादा अफगानिस्तान के सर्वोच्च अधिकार के रूप में होंगे।
