  • The Indian contingent showcased an outstanding performance in the Taiwan Athletics Open 2024, securing a total of seven medals, including three golds, three silvers, and one bronze.
  • Notable achievements include Nayana James clinching the gold medal in the women's Long Jump with a jump of 6.43 meters and Ankesh Choudhary winning the gold in the Men's 800 meters with a time of 1 minute 50.63 seconds.
  • DP Manu secured the gold medal in the men's Javelin throw with a remarkable effort of 81.58 meters.
  • Other significant wins include Nithya Ramraj bagging the silver medal in the women's 100-meter hurdles with a timing of 13.23 seconds and Vismaya V K winning the bronze in the women's 400m race.
