Shivani Meena becomes first quarry engineer to work in open cast mine in CCL

·        Shivani Meena of Sawai Madhopur has become the first woman to be appointed as an excavation engineer in an open cast mine in Coal India.

·        Meena, an alumnus of IIT Jodhpur, has joined the Rajrappa Open Cast Project in Jharkhand.

·        She will look after the repair and maintenance of heavy excavator machinery.
