'Vajra Prahar' is a joint military exercise conducted between the Indian and United States Army forces.
Recently this practice started in Meghalaya.
This exercise is being conducted in 'Umroi Cantonment' of Meghalaya.
This is the 14th edition of the 'Vajra Prahar' joint military exercise.
Special Forces Group soldiers are participating in this from America's side.
The Indian Army is being represented by specialized military personnel from the Eastern Command.
Its objective is to share best practices and experiences in areas such as joint mission planning and war strategy.
Its first edition was held in India in the year 2010.
