· भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने आवेदनों की समीक्षा करने और नई अम्ब्रेला इकाई (एनयूई) लाइसेंस पर सिफारिशें देने के लिए पांच सदस्यीय समिति का गठन किया है।

· न्यू अम्ब्रेला एंटिटीज नेशनल पेमेंट्स कार्पोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (एनपीसीआई) के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा करने के लिए अपनी खुद की भुगतान संरचना स्थापित करेगी।
